Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VPNXA collects, uses, stores, and deletes relevant data while providing international network acceleration and subscription services. Please read the following terms before using the service.
Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to VPNXA marketing pages, the user panel, subscription services, and ticket support. Data is processed to authenticate accounts, deliver subscriptions, handle orders, maintain routes, and troubleshoot issues, and is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.
VPNXA does not require an email address for registration. Users can create an account directly with a username and password. If a user voluntarily includes an email address or other details in a support ticket, that information is used only to reply, verify the request, and provide the relevant support. It is not required for registration.
Data Collection and Use
Account data includes usernames, authentication credentials, and account status. It is used to identify users, protect account access, and provide panel functions. Authentication credentials are not used for purposes unrelated to the service.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment channel, processing status, and necessary transaction identifiers. They are used to confirm payments, deliver subscriptions, process refunds, review disputes, and maintain financial records. Traffic usage information is used to calculate plan allowances, apply monthly reset rules, or confirm remaining data in a traffic package.
Website access statistics may include pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, page errors, and approximate access region. This information is used to check whether pages work properly, improve document structure, and identify unusual requests. It is not used to build profiles of specific browsing content.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Records
VPNXA does not record which websites users visit, store web request content, or create long-term connection logs that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. Route exits do not create personal browsing histories based on access content.
To deliver plans, maintain routes, and troubleshoot a current issue, the system may temporarily process necessary technical data such as account status, route used, connection time, traffic usage, and error type. This data is retained only for as long as needed for billing, operations, security protection, or ticket investigation, and is deleted or de-identified once the purpose is complete. When submitting a ticket, users should avoid including private content unrelated to the issue.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use necessary Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, session tokens, and basic preferences. This data keeps logged-in sessions active, restores page state, and reduces repeated actions.
Identifiers needed for access statistics are used only for aggregated analysis and troubleshooting. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings, but doing so may require signing in again, and saved interface preferences may return to their default state.
Payment Processing and Third Parties
The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment service or transaction network. VPNXA receives the payment result, order identifier, and status information needed to complete an order, but does not directly obtain complete authentication details for the payment account.
Payment services process transaction data under their own privacy rules. Before entering a relevant payment page, users should also review the privacy information provided by that service. Order information is not shared with unrelated third parties except as needed to complete payments, process refunds, handle disputes, or fulfill necessary obligations.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is generally retained until the account is deleted. Order records are kept for as long as needed to process transactions, refunds, disputes, and necessary accounting matters. Access statistics and technical diagnostic data are retained only until their analysis or troubleshooting purpose is complete. Residual data in backups is removed through the normal overwrite process and is not used for routine business operations.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. After receiving a request, VPNXA verifies account ownership and processes it. Order or security records that must be retained by law are isolated from routine account data and deleted when the retention basis no longer applies.
This policy may be updated when service features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, the website or user panel will provide an appropriate notice.
