Service Scope and Content

VPNXA provides network acceleration for cross-border access, international websites, and improved connection quality on international routes, covering 110+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes, clients, and connection methods may change based on network conditions, maintenance, and platform requirements.

The service optimizes data transmission paths. It does not mean that every website, app, or online resource will be accessible in every region, network, or period. Content licensing, regional policies, account status, and technical changes made by third-party platforms are controlled by those platforms. VPNXA makes no promise regarding third-party content or its continued availability.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their usernames, passwords, subscription details, and login credentials, and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If an account appears abnormal, users should change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Plans do not limit the number of devices, but each account and subscription is for the registered user’s own use. Users may not sell, rent, sublicense, publicly publish subscription details, or continuously provide the service to others through account sharing. Automated bulk account creation, repeated benefit claims, and other actions that disrupt normal subscription operations are prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Available options are shown on the settlement page in the user panel.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their access, transmission, storage, and publication of content are lawful. The service may not be used to infringe others’ rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, send abusive messages, interfere with network facilities, or conduct other unlawful activities.

Users may not intentionally consume abnormal network resources, attack or test service infrastructure, or attempt to evade account, traffic, billing, or security controls. Users are responsible for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liabilities arising from their conduct.

Availability and Liability

VPNXA maintains, switches, and adjusts route capacity according to route conditions. Device updates, local network quality, carrier routing, third-party platform changes, and uncontrollable network events may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features. Related routes or client functions may be suspended during maintenance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is delivered as actually available. Users should keep independent backups of important materials and confirm connection status before performing critical operations. VPNXA is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party service interruptions, device failures, incorrect configuration, or events beyond reasonable control.

Refund Policy

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. The account holder must submit a ticket through the user panel and provide information that identifies the relevant order so payment records and the refund can be verified and processed.

Once approved, the refund is returned according to the processing procedures of the relevant payment channel. Processing times may vary between payment channels and are determined by their settlement progress. After the refund is completed, subscription benefits associated with the order will no longer be available.

Account Termination and Changes

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, share access continuously, violate the law, disrupt service operations, make fraudulent payments, or otherwise seriously breach these terms, VPNXA may restrict features, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to provide additional information about orders or account activity through the panel.

These terms may be updated due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes in operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations may also be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
